Before children, I had some great career positions; 'National Recruiter' for AVIA, recruiter in NIKE's sales division and a Sales Rep. for Weyerhauser. My Bachelor's degrees are in management emphasis in Human Resources, and International Business. I now have three children and want to be with them as much as possible, but also need something else, to keep that career minded part of me going and to earn some income for our family.

Delaney has been a 'godsend'. I love sales and librarians and teachers are a nice group to sell to!! The flexiblity this job affords, is awesome! I started out in 2004 very part time, and now am working about three days a week. If there is a field trip or concert for one of my kids on a work day, I can attend!! The support in getting started was awesome. There was someone to answer my questions. (and I had several!) There was an initial training session, followed by someone coming out to work with me in my territory.

The travel is just perfect! 2-3 times a year. Not too much, and just enough to get away for a bit. Every time I go to a Delaney meeting I get very excited about our products and am re-energized and ready to out into the field and share what I have learned. It is fun to see the same reps from around the nation over and over again, to be able to call them when I have a question, and to call them my friends!! It is a very supportive environment and great income earning potential!!
