What Our Representatives Are Saying

I've spent the majority of Wednesday and Thursday at the computer sending e-mails to customers about scheduling appointments. It's so rewarding to see the "New Mail Arrived" box pop up. As I click the "refresh" button, I'm anxious to see who has responded and to pencil in another appointment on my calendar. I'm finding that changes are also inevitable...moves, retirements, etc., and I feel a twinge of sadness for those because they have been loyal customers and have become friends that I am going to miss.

This morning as I sit here again wiith a touch of fall in the air, it's hard for me to believe that three years ago I began this new journey. It's been such a fun ride!! At the start of a new school year, I realize again how much I love this job, and I want you to know how grateful I am to have been given the opportunity to represent Delaney. At first, I was unsure that this was something at which I could succeed! I'm looking forward to the 08-09 school year, hopefully my best year yet with Delaney.
