That gives you unlimited access to titles from which to choose your Opening Day Collection (ODC). Furthermore, we have access to thousands more titles on a search request basis. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, just email or fax your list to your local rep and they will be happy to assist you.

Delaney offers “One Stop Shopping.” All of our products and services are available under one purchase order to help make ordering your ODC as simple as possible.

We do not use a “cookie cutter” recommended list to attempt to fill your ODC needs. Our reps take the time to customize your list to fit personal needs based on the history, customs and culture of your particular state or region.

• Price Guarantee – You will find all of our products priced at the same prices as the publishers at no additional markup!
• Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are ever unsatisfied with your purchases, Delaney will issue UPS call tags to return the books to our warehouse and immediately issue a credit memo to your account. If you prefer, we will issue “company credit” instead to be used for future purchases with Delaney Educational.
• Product Quality Guarantee- our bindings will outlast the pages.

Our Publishers
We sell directly from the publishers’ catalogs at the same price listed in the catalogs. Unlike other companies, we carry the entire front and backlist in the catalogs. What does that mean to you? You are able to choose the titles you want for your ODC from the entire catalog. We don’t previously select and stock titles from the publishers that we anticipate you will want or need. This allows you the freedom to choose from more titles within each catalog. Furthermore, for all or a significant portion of your ODC, we offer additional discounts on your order.

Online Ordering
Delaney is also proud to announce our new online ordering system. Educators can browse our online catalog by registering at this website. If you don’t find the title you are looking for, just ask your local rep for help. Give us your wish list of books, and we will do what we can to supply all of your needs and find what you are looking for.

Personal Service
We have over 100 reps in territories across the United States available to work with you throughout the entire ODC process, from selection to shelving. They are here to personally assist you in creating your customized ODC list. Your rep will bring you catalogs featuring all of the latest releases as well as the complete front and backlist collections for each of the publishers we represent. Your rep will even help you build your order on our website, saving you precious time and money.

Spanish and Bilingual
Spanish and Bilingual have also begun to play an important role in the Delaney menu of products offered to the K-12 community. We have over 7000 Spanish titles in our database, and we have titles available in over 20 other languages if you are looking to fill a special niche.

Audio/Visual and Reference
Our database includes an extensive list of both Audio/Visual and Reference materials for your library. Not only do we provide high quality books, but we have many other items available from which you can select a complete and well rounded ODC.

Processing
We are proud to offer shelf-ready, fully processed books. For all Opening Day Collections, we offer FREE attached shelf-ready processing for the books in your collection, which includes Barcode, Spine Label, Label Protectors, and MARC Data Disk. We also offer complementary mylar covers on all books with jackets.

We process 100% of your ODC and employ an extremely detail oriented staff who takes great care to attach the processing according to the specification and needs of your particular school.

Fill Rates
We order direct from the publishers when you order from us. Because we don’t attempt to stock our warehouse with books that we think you might want to buy, we have fewer out of stock titles and average a 95% fill rate, a high percentage by industry standards.

Shipping
We always offer FREE shipping for all orders over $250 dollars and are happy to extend that offer to all opening day collections. Furthermore, we will ship the books packaged in exact Dewey order or by your specific needs.

Demand delivery
We realize that it may be difficult to predict an exact delivery date on new school openings. DEE will warehouse all product at no charge until you are ready for them to be delivered to your specified location. Dee will even provide assistance in shelving your selections at no additional charge.

Other Services Available
In addition to the above services, we have other processing available, such as theft detection devices, Accelerated Reader or Reading Counts labels, Date Due Cards, and Kapco covers for any paperback titles, just to name a few.

As mentioned earlier, we offer onsite assistance with a local representative or Delaney’s ODC specialist.
